To check availability click here or on the "Online Reservations" link on the left hand side of each page on this website.  This link will redirect you to a secure third party online booking system which will allow you to check availability and confirm a booking online.  Please note that calendar dates shaded green are available and those shaded red indicate we are fully booked. If the date is shaded orange then we can only waitlist your booking.  Reservations can only be accepted via this online booking system and payment must be made in full to confirm a reservation.  Details of our cancellation policy are found can be viewed online before you confirm your booking.  If you have any difficulties booking please send an email to relax@nikoi.com.

 
We do accept bookings for the whole and island and suggest that you read the information sheet in the download section.  Please email us at relax@nikoi.com if you wish to book the island with the dates you are interested in.  To find a date that the whole island is available you will need to plan at least six months in advance.

All prices are in Singapore dollars (S$).  Payment can be made using Amex, Visa or Mastercard via a secure online booking service operated by Asia Travel.com, Asia's leading internet based reservation service provider.  The charge on your credit card statement will appear as "AsiaTravel.com".  Amex, Visa and Mastercard can be used to settle any charges incurred on the island on departure. We also accept S$ cash.  By law we have to process all credit card transactions in Indonesian Rupiah so all charges incurred on the island will be converted from S$ to Indonesian rupiah.  We use an exchange rate provided by our local bank.  Charges for transfers, extra beds, meals, drinks and any other items can be made on departure. Transfers are charged at the return rate of S$70++ per adult and S$35++ per child (minimum charge of 2 adults per transfer). This rate includes VIP clearance on arrival and departure, return taxi transfers across Bintan and the return boat trip to Nikoi.  Extra beds will be charged if there are more than 2 persons staying in a room.  The charge for additional beds is S$100++ per adult and $50++ per child.  Once you have confirmed your ferry times please let us know so that we can arrange for transfers to the island.  It is important that you keep us informed of any changes to your arrival or departure times.  Ferry tickets to Bintan can be booked online at www.brf.com.sg.  If the ferry you wish to catch is full send BRF an email requesting to be waitlisted, we usually find that seats become available or an additional ferry is added during peak periods.
